Effects of Treadmill Exercise on Blood Constituents

Abstract
Effects of tread mill¢¥exercise have been studied on blood constitutents;
RBC, WBC, Hb, Hct, MCV,¢¥MCH, MCHC, WBC differential counts, Ca, P, total protein albumin BUN. uric acid SGOT, SGPT, cholesterol, alkalin phosphatase. WBC, high peroxidase activity cells in differential count, Ca, P, and total protein significantly increased just after the exercise and uric acid increased 60 minutes after the exercise. Blood Ca, P, and total protein gradually decreased down to the almost pre-exercise levels by 120 minutes after the exercise. No significant changes in blood levels of RBC, Hb, Hct, MCV, MCH, MCHC, albumim, BUN, SGOT, SGPT, cholesterol and alkaline phosphatase was found after the treadmill exercise.
